Supporting your distributor or importer is one of the most important ways to build and maintain sales. But full-time staff is expensive and often "there just isn't enough time in the day" to do it all. I have worked in vineyards and wineries, retail and distribution sales and as a wine brand ambassador.  My experience and professionalism can help you tell your story when you don't have the time.

About Wine Promotional Services

Wine Promotional Services was formed to help smaller wineries have professional representation at distributor and consumer trade shows and distributor presentations in an practical and affordable way.  With a blend of experience and expertise, I tell the story of your vineyard, your history, and your wines like you want it told.

The Package

Clients:
Foreign and domestic wineries who need on-call representation throughout the US, or in any foreign country to assist in trade shows, distributor presentations, wine fairs and the like.
 
Potential services:
Business trade shows. On-site set-up, breakdown, pouring samples and communicating the winery’s philosophy, wine-making and viticultural practices, and history. Gathering data from booth visitors for use by the winery’s in-house marketing and sales team. Written report on the show, the value it provided (or didn’t) to the winery, and a recommendation for future participation.
 
Consumer wine fairs:
On-site set-up, breakdown, pouring samples and communicating the winery’s philosophy, wine-making and viticultural practices, and history. Managing a signup sheet for consumers who are interested in wine clubs and providing it to the winery. Written report on the show, the value it provided (or didn’t) to the winery, and a recommendation for future participation.
 
Distributor presentations:
Working with winery to understand winemaking, wine styles, viticulture, history and philosophy and sales strategy, doing presentations for existing distributor’s sales staff meetings.  Using powerpoints, videos, written material provided by the winery.

Cost:
$100/day for duration of the event (includes time spent learning the winery’s material necessary to do the presentations). (eg. three day wine show, $300).  Reasonable travel/lodging expenses within the budget of the winery..
